Stage Pilates sur appareils

For a week in July or a week in August, start each day with time for yourself:
2 hours of Pilates practice each morning, Monday to Friday, for a total of 10 hours of classes.
Afternoons are free, so you can take full advantage of the natural and cultural riches of the Périgord Vert:
nature walks, village visits, local markets, river swimming?
You can even bring the whole family: practice in the morning, then join them in the afternoon to share
vacation moments.
