Célébrer ses ombres : retraite thérapeutique

The common thread running through this therapeutic retreat will be the individual and collective relationship with the body. The body, the place of all internal conflicts, at once refuge and prison, loved and hated, desired and desiring, fragile and powerful, the target of all gazes and judgments, grappling with aging, fatigue and illness.
It's the shadows linked to our relationship with the body that we'll be exploring most during this workshop? even if your other shadows will be invited too! The shadows, those parts of ourselves that we usually leave to one side, that we don't easily look in the face, that bear witness to what may be in us that is embarrassing, shameful, frightening, or quite simply unknown.
We'll seek to connect with them, welcome them and celebrate them through play, dance, introspection, writing, clowning and creativity.
